    Our return policy covers refunds and reprints for fulfillment issues, like damaged or mislabelled items, but not for buyer's remorse.

    Please consider carefully before purchasing.

  • If your parcel is returned to sender it can be -resent to you, however you will be charged a new shipping fee. Please double-check your address.

    For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated deliverydate . Please let us know as soon as you can if your parcel didn’t arrive. info@f2a.ca
