f2a has active projects in Vancouver and staff on the ground, and Austin is in the city regularly. Vancouver is one of the most technically demanding municipalities to build in — complex permitting, seismic requirements, dense urban sites, and a competitive contractor market. We have navigated all of it. The Fast + Epp headquarters on West 7th Avenue, the 1965 East 43rd Avenue apartment retrofit, the Midtown Church renovation in South Vancouver, and the Concept Lab research facility are all examples of what f2a brings to urban work: design precision, construction knowledge, and the ability to see a project through from drawing to completion.
