Shoes for the Soul
The goal of this project is to establish a new e-commerce space through a straightforward and efficient tenant fit-out. With the base building, Purcell business centre, construction now complete, the scope focuses on delivering essential interior improvements required to make the space fully operational and code-compliant.
The project includes the installation of a washroom, new stair access, interior partitions, doors, ventilation systems, and lighting. All interventions are designed to meet current building and life-safety code requirements while maintaining a simple, functional layout that supports the operational needs of the business.
The overall approach prioritizes clarity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, transforming the completed shell into a practical and compliant workspace ready for occupancy.
