One Boardshop (Pentagon)

This project facilitated the evolution of a community skate shop that has shaped skate culture in Penticton. More than retail space, pentagon was a place where skaters met up, got stoked, and made plans to shred.

When rising rent threatened the future of pentagon, the shop partnered with One BoardShop, a regional kelowna-based retailer with ‘core values and a commitment to the skate community.

The new partnership made it possible to relocate and re-envision the shop’s identity, while keeping pentagon’s spirit alive.

Austin’s sunny times on the pentagon skate team motivated f2a’s participation in this project, and sparked a multi-year collab between F2A and One BoardShop.
