F2a successfully served as the construction administrator for this 46-unit, four-story affordable housing development managed by the M’akola Housing Society, ensuring seamless delivery of diverse rental options for families, seniors, and Indigenous people. By expertly handling submittals, rfi’s, and change orders, F2a effectively managed all project documentation, financial tracking, and team communications, keeping the complex multi-family build on schedule and within scope.
