We’re hiring a Labourer / entry level Carpenter to join our team at F2A Architecture and Construction, working on projects that range from structural framing to custom finishing. You’ll collaborate with skilled woodworkers, fabricators, and our in-house architecture office to build highly crafted, detail-oriented structures. This is a unique opportunity to grow your skills in a hands-on, design-focused environment that values material knowledge, craftsmanship, and a holistic approach to the construction process.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with general labour and movement of materials

• Support construction and renovation activities

• Operate equipment

• Follow site safety procedures and guidelines

We self-perform a wide range of work in-house, including excavation, timber framing, window and door production, and mill work — offering a rare opportunity to engage with every stage of the building process.

Requirements 

• Strong work ethic

• Construction labour and/or carpentry experience

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team
