This project involves tenant improvements to a unit inside purcel business centre to support the operations of EECOL Electric. The work included interior renovations to create functional warehouse, office, and customer service areas for an electrical supply distribution facility. Improvements include upgrades to electrical, lighting, and building systems, along with installation of storage and workspace layouts to improve efficiency. The project aims to provide a safe, modern, and efficient environment for staff, inventory management, and customer service.
