We’re hiring a Carpenter to join our team at F2A Architecture and Construction, working on projects that range from structural framing to custom finishing. You’ll collaborate with skilled woodworkers, fabricators, and our in-house architecture office to build highly crafted, detail-oriented structures. This is a unique opportunity to grow your skills in a hands-on, design-focused environment that values material knowledge, craftsmanship, and a holistic approach to the construction process.
 
The role

Your main focus will be construction framing and collaborating with our woodworking team to complete a wide range of tasks, including:

• Structural systems

• Exterior cladding

• Interior finishing

We self-perform a wide range of work in-house, including excavation, timber framing, window and door production, and mill work — offering a rare opportunity to engage with every stage of the building process.

About you

Requirements: 

• Carpentry experience

• Red Seal track (Preferred)

• Strong attention to detail in craftsmanship

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Work well both independently and in a collaborative team

Beneficial Skills: 

• Timber framing

• Wood milling, cabinet-making

• Steel and sheet-metal fabrication

• Plaster work

• Photography
